Shipping Policy

    Processing Times

​

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

  • During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and major sales, order processing can be up to 15 business days.

  • All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

  • We will send the tracking number to the email address you provide in your order.

  • Please Allow 7-10 business days "After Processing" for delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchase(s) you make from us. However, all sales are final. Due to the nature of some of our products. The health & wellness of our consumers are top priority. Therefore, because some of our products need a hand to mouth connection, we are unable to re-sale our products once it has been shipped.

 

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, or your product seems to be defective please contact customer service immediately at info@shopcreativecolure.com.  Please include your name, order/invoice number, telephone number, and images of the damages.

Lost/Stolen Package:

If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
